Learn a hot choreography in the Chair Dance course. Besides great moves on, under and around the chair, the focus is on musicality and especially the flow – cardio training included. The lesson lasts 90 minutes and is suitable for all levels. Due to our Easter Flow Weekend the motto for this lesson is “Hot Bunny”. You are welcome to dress up (or dress down) for Easter Week or to match the theme!
