These knee pads have a loophole on both sides, allowing an additional internal pad to be inserted for even more protection and comfort. (The pads are available separately in our store). On the inside there is also a special coating for grip on the pole. The knee pads are therefore perfect for a combination of pole dancing and floor flow.
