In this Stretching & Mobility class, you’ll use a variety of exercises to expand and strengthen your maximum range of motion at the same time. This will improve your passive and active flexibility.
Suitable for all levels
After 10 attended lessons, we will give you the 11th lesson for free! The 10 lessons also include other lessons from the body area. So you can mix the lessons wildly. From Barre to Pilates to Yoga, everything is included.
