In this Stretching & Mobility class, you’ll use a variety of exercises to expand and strengthen your maximum range of motion at the same time. This will improve your passive and active flexibility. The lesson is 60 minutes long and suitable for all levels.
Please note that there may also be online participants and therefore the lesson will be transmitted via Zoom. You register here for the lesson on site, where you will also receive individual corrections and assistance from the trainer.
