In this Stretching & Mobility online course, you’ll use a variety of exercises to expand and strengthen your maximum range of motion at the same time. This will improve your passive and active flexibility. The lesson lasts 60 minutes and is suitable for all levels.
With online participation via Zoom, you can attend class from the comfort of your home, but you will not receive individual corrections and assistance from the instructor.
