TriYoga® has its roots in Hatha Yoga. Characteristic for TriYoga® are the wave-like movement of the spine, relaxation in action and economy of movement. “Tri” stands for trinity, e.g. of yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and hand gestures (mudra), which are combined in the flowing exercise sequences. Precise physical alignment in flow supports the natural alignment of the skeleton and thus a healthy body. Together with a trained mind, this is the prerequisite for successfully dealing with the challenges of everyday life and a path to serenity.

In this TriYoga® Flows Basic Workshop, we will work on the fundamentals of TriYoga, flowing slowly through a systematic sequence to build a foundation for your continued yoga practice.

The lesson is suitable for beginners.
