No. Our Pole Basics classes are made for complete beginners – you build strength and technique step by step.
New to pole dance? Start with our Pole Basics classes. Already have some pole experience? Take our Level Quiz and email us your result so we can unlock the right level for you.
Shorts and a top or sports bra – we train barefoot. Please don’t apply body lotion on training days, as it makes the pole slippery. And bring a water bottle.
All our classes are 75 minutes – not the usual 60.
Your 3 credits are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase, in all our studios: Zurich, Winterthur and Lucerne.
After your purchase, simply book your classes in the Gravity Arts app or in our online schedule.
No stress: you can cancel free of charge up to 8 hours before class – your credit goes back to your account. And once a year, a late cancellation is on us.
