All our instructors have completed the internationally recognized XPert Pole Fitness training as well as a demanding internal training course. This not only teaches our unique pole dance concept, but also includes modules on the art of didactics, music theory and anatomy, course structure, pole dance elements, transitions, spotting techniques and much more.
