Our pole dance teaching concept is the result of years of development and refinement. It encompasses all facets of this sport and art form, including spins, tricks and dance moves in progressive course levels. With a pole dance course at Gravity Arts, you will learn the entire color palette.
Pole Flow is based on the skillful combination of dance techniques, the basic principles of pole dance and an artistic interpretation of music and rhythm. Various forms of movement such as spins, tricks and flowing transitions are combined to create an expressive performance in a variety of choreographies.
Welcome to the world of Heels Flow, also known as Exotic Pole Dance, in which we specialize. Our passion lies in exploring the sensual side of pole dancing and experiencing the sexy side of this dance style through our Heels Flow lessons.
Floor Flow is a fascinating dance form in which the floor is seen as an essential dance partner. With different choreographies, you will gain a deeper connection with the floor and discover the versatility of floorwork.
Discover the world of chair dance, in which a simple chair becomes a means of expression for fascinating dance movements. We will show you how to perform various moves and impressive tricks around and with a chair with elegance, strength and grace.
Our lap dance lessons are all about developing your senses, discovering your sensuality and strengthening your personality. Here you will strengthen your self-confidence and learn to feel completely at ease in your own body.
Train moves, spins and tricks on your own or repeat and consolidate combos from the lessons. Here you can also exchange ideas with other pole enthusiasts and benefit from the great pole community.
The strength you gain is not only important for pole dancing, but also for everyday life. It helps to release tension, improve flexibility and correct posture. This leads to a reduction in incorrect posture and evasive movements, which significantly reduces the risk of injury and contributes to an overall healthier body image.
