Do I need any experience or fitness?

No. The Intro to Pole course is made for complete beginners – you learn your first spins, tricks and transitions step by step.

What should I wear and bring?

Shorts and a top or sports bra – we train barefoot. Please don’t apply body lotion on training days, as it makes the pole slippery. And bring a water bottle.

How long are the sessions?

3 sessions of 75 minutes – once a week for 3 weeks, always with the same instructor and group.

Can I cancel my registration?

Your registration is binding once payment is made – cancellation is not possible. In return, your spot is reserved for all 3 sessions.

What if I miss a session?

Missed sessions can’t be made up, so please choose the course dates that fit your schedule. Prefer flexible dates? The Intro Offer lets you pick 3 classes of your choice.
