Gravity Arts Privacy Policy

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What data we process

  • Contact: If you write to us via the contact form, by email or WhatsApp, we use your details to reply.
  • Bookings and purchases: name, email, phone, booked classes and purchased offers.
  • Newsletter: email address and name when you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter.
  • Website usage: e.g. pages visited, device, browser, approximate location and IP address.

2. Services we use

  • Hosting: Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva (Switzerland)
  • Booking, shop and customer account: Kenko (Spotbee, Inc., USA). Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin).
  • Newsletter: Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA)
  • Statistics: Google Analytics 4
  • Advertising: Google Ads and Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram). We use them to measure whether our ads lead to bookings and to show ads to previous visitors. Kenko also reports bookings and purchases to Google and Meta.
  • Other Google services: Google Tag Manager and Google Consent Mode
  • Videos: YouTube (Google)

Google (Google Ireland Ltd./Google LLC), Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd./Meta Platforms, Inc.), Kenko and Mailchimp may process data in the USA. This is based on the Swiss-US or EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell any data.

3. Cookies and your choice

We always use technically necessary cookies. We use statistics and marketing cookies unless you object. You can decline or allow them again at any time on the Opt-out preferences page or via the «Cookie settings» button at the bottom right.

If you decline, Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and embedded YouTube videos will no longer load automatically.

4. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose or as required by law (e.g. 10 years for accounting records).

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and object to its processing. Write to us at info@gravityarts.ch. You can lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

6. Changes

We may update this privacy policy. The version published on this page applies.
