Pole Dance Competitions
The Pole Dance Competition in the USA & Europe
The PSO organizes pole dance championships in the USA, Canada & Europe.
The PSO runs an “all inclusive” event where all pole dancers from beginner to professional are represented with their unique and diverse pole dance styles. From Championship to Artistic to Exotic, every pole dance style is welcome. There are no video applications at PSO, because everyone should have the chance to shine on stage. You simply register and you’re in!
Still not quite sure how the PSO competitions work? Here we explain “How it works”.
WHY SHOULD YOU TAKE PART IN THE PSO?
With over 30 annual events in the US, Canada and Europe, with 4,000 pole dancers competing each year, and over 10 years of experience, we offer a competition that has been thoughtfully designed and improved over the years so that you can have the best possible experience as a competitor, judge, volunteer or attendee.
Do you need more reasons?
SO MANY CATEGORIES
You can compete with others that love the same style as you. Check out Championship, Dramatic, Entertainment, Exotic, Floorwork & Low Flow or Doubles/Groups, just to name a few!
5 SKILL LEVELS
Competition is your opportunity to practice and test performance skills, find your voice on stage, and show friends and family what you’ve been working on. You don’t have to be a pro!
4 AGE GROUPS
Compete against others in your age group. We offer Junior (18-29), Senior (30-39), Master (40-49) and Grand Master (50+) divisions.
NO SUBMISSION VIDEOS
Register to compete! There are no submission videos and no requirements. All you have to do is sign up.
ORGANIZED & TIMELY
We believe that being organized, on time, and communicative is the best way to respect the effort that all the competitors put into their preparations. Our well-trained travel team is there to help you and make sure you have the best experience possible.
JUDGING SYSTEM
Our proprietary computerized judging system allows our judges to accurately score 10 different aspects of the performance. Judges also leave individual comments for each competitor.
